There are no mistakes in the creative process – just opportunities. Our classes bring mental, physical, and emotional health benefits directly to you.
This class is a movement practice while sitting in a chair. It calms the nervous system, engages your mind and body, and helps you discover new parts of yourself. We will wake up our senses and have fun through movement.
Come eat with your eyes! In this class, we will create multiple still lifes, all while training ourselves in observational techniques. We will also learn about light, contrast, and shadow, as well as classic and pop art style still lifes in the process. Let’s get drawing!
Design and build your own theatrical mask with a variety of found materials. We will explore the meanings and associations we have with masks and flex our creativity in the process. Come play!
